چکیده

Two experiments evaluated the addition of an exogenous sfericase protease in broiler diets. Experiments were run (Exp1 and Exp2) with 1,848 2,100 one-day-old male chicks being allocated into 84 floor pens 14 replicates 22 25 birds each, respectively. The studies conducted completely randomized designs. In Exp1, Standard diets formulated energy AA at marginally lower levels than usual by Brazilian integration such that broilers expected to grow comparatively reduced rates industry whereas Exp2, using as integrations comparable rates. had ideally balanced amino acids (AA). Matrix diets, contrast, reductions 6% digestible lysine 20 kcal AME/kg compared Standard. supplemented 0, 10,000, 30,000 New Feed Protease units (NFP)/kg. Outcomes showed no interaction between diet any experiments. However, fed higher cumulative body weight gain (BWG) 35 42 d when FCR worse for EXP1 EXP2. Improvements observed was added throughout all ages a beneficial trend (P<0.067) ileal crude protein (IDCP) significantly feeds other differences digestibility found led improvements dry matter (IDM) IDCP (P < 0.05) well (IDE) added. present report demonstrates novel successful compensate performance Lys kcal/kg AME imposed. This compensation, however, seemed more notable support moderate rather maximum growth having animal feed formula.

Effects of corn source and exogenous enzymes on growth performance and nutrient digestibility in broiler chickens.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of exogenous enzymes on growth performance, ileal digestible energy (IDE) and apparent ileal digestibility of CP and amino acids (AA) in broiler chickens fed corn-soy diets formulated using 3 different sources of corn (corn 1, corn 2, and corn 3). One-day-old male broiler chicks (n = 3,600) were allocated to 15 dietary treatments as 5 treatmen...

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of feeding electron irradiated flaxseed (FS) on performance, carcass characteristics, blood parameters, digesta viscosity, and nutrient digestibility in broiler chickens. In a 2 × 2 factorial arrangement, 320 day-old broiler chicks were randomly assigned to one of five experimental diets, each with four replicates containing 16 chicks e...

Effects of Forsythia suspensa extract on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, and antioxidant activities in broiler chickens under high ambient temperature.

A 42-d trial was conducted with 252 broiler chickens (d 1 of age, 38.8 +/- 1.3 g of BW) to determine the effects of Forsythia suspensa extract on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, and antioxidant activities under high ambient temperature (32 +/- 1 degrees C). The feeding program consisted of a starter diet from d 1 to 21 of age and a finisher diet from d 22 to 42 of age. Dietary treat...

Effect of Terminalia catappa Fruit Meal Fermented by Aspergillus niger as Replacement of Maize on Growth Performance, Nutrient Digestibility, and Serum Biochemical Profile of Broiler Chickens

A feeding experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of fermented Terminalia catappa fruit meal (FTCM) with Aspergillus niger as replacement for maize on broiler growth performance, nutrient digestibility, and serum biochemical constituents. Dietary maize was replaced by FTCM at 0, 20, 40, 60, or 80%. One hundred and eighty one-day-old Shaver broiler chicks were randomly allocated to th...
